Where We Ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Shipping Cost
A standard shipping charge of £35 applies to all orders.
Delivery Times
For trade orders, please allow up to 20 business days from the date of payment for your order to be delivered.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may already be in production or processing.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- For online orders, you have the right to cancel and return goods within 14 days of receiving them for any reason, and receive a full refund.
Please note that bespoke or custom-made orders may be exempt from the standard 14-day return right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
